Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. All products sold on our store are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. As products are manufactured and shipped from overseas facilities, delivery times may be longer than those of Australian-based retailers.
Processing Time
Once an order is placed, it enters production. Most orders are processed and fulfilled within 2–7 business days before shipment. Processing times may increase during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping methods are selected at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the products ordered.
As our products are generally produced outside Australia, standard delivery times to Australia are typically 20–30 business days from the date of shipment. Some orders may arrive sooner, while others may experience delays due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather events, or high shipping volumes.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and should be considered approximate timeframes only.
Tracking Information
Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped. Tracking updates are managed by the shipping carrier and may take several days to appear after dispatch.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, items may be shipped separately from different fulfillment facilities. In these cases, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages at different times.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by Australian authorities. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we may be unable to recover the package or issue a refund. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will work with Printful and the shipping carrier to investigate and assist with resolving the issue where possible.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Consumers are entitled to the rights and remedies provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
