Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products are made to order, we only offer refunds or replacements for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.

Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. All products sold on our store are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. As products are manufactured and shipped from overseas facilities, delivery times may be longer than those of Australian-based retailers.
Processing Time
Once an order is placed, it enters production. Most orders are processed and fulfilled within 2–7 business days before shipment. Processing times may increase during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods.

As our products are generally produced outside Australia, standard delivery times to Australia are typically 20–30 business days from the date of shipment. Tracking Information
